Cameras also lie

The last two punches in the monkey's stomach did the trick
He started naming the traitors in the order he could remember;
"Parents, Friends, Teachers, Politicians & the Clerics"
They had all taken part in forming what he was today,
without letting him learn & decide the rights & the wrongs in life.
How did they know what was RIGHT anyway? 'The Right Stuff' Textbook!?
He had never doubted their authority so much, until then.
---
You? huh! You-Who?
Look again in the mirror!
You are them...

When I look in the mirror I see eyebrows, followed by an awesomely huge nose. So yes, a camera lies when it doesn't allow my brilliant mass features to shine! SHINE DAMMIT!

On a serious note, your post reminds me of the RATM lyric: every offical that comes in, cripples us, leaves us mamed, silent and tamed, and with the flesh and bones he builds his home.

I appreciate your anarchistic mind. Don't lose it. Live the resistance!

Well, I am old enough to be them. ;) I don't think that any of the people you mentioned really know what is RIGHT. They just know what they were taught and what they learned from experience. For some reason, I rebelled against established ways of thinking from a very early age. I was always trying to think and reason for myself. Along the way, I have learned that some people are actually wiser than I am about some things. I have also learned that it is difficult and often lonely to be a rebel and a non-conformist. However, hard as the path may be, I try to be true to myself and my own sense of "rightness" whenever possible, or at least whenever practical.

Btw, I am working on my new post. :)

Well in the end what we believe is us us just a mentality that others have donated & we have chosen to accept.

Ain't facts what turn out to be false-beliefs? so why does everyone takes the chance to tell us or better yet guide us through what he believes is right?? why doesn anyone let others turn out to be them!?

to add to Orhan's lyrics:
Against Me!
Those Anarcho Punks Are Mysterious
We're all presidents,
We're all congressmen,
We're all cops
In waiting.
We're the workers of the world.
There is the elite and the dispossessed
And it's only about survival,
Who has skill to play the game
For all it's worth,
Reaching out for a scary kind of perfection.
Let's try to keep
As much emotion out of this
As possible.
Let's try not to remember any names.
We'll do it for our country,
For our people,
For a moral vision.
United, we'll make them remember
Our history,
Or how we like to be told...
How we like to be told,
And we rock,
Because it's us against them.
We found our own reasons to sing,
And it's so much less confusing
When lines are drawn like that,
When people are either consumers or revolutionaries,
Enemies or friends hanging on the fringes
Of the cogs in the system.
It's just about knowing where everyone stands.
All of a sudden,
People start talking about guns,
Talking like they're going to war
'Cause they found something to die for.
Start taking back what they stole;
Sure beats every other option,
But does it make a difference how we get it?
Well, do you really fucking get it?

Great post by the way, fits my current mind set perfectly.
