Global Cooling

Let the CO2 emissions rise!
Burn more forests & fossil fuel!
For I can feel a chill right to my bones.
My blankets are no longer able to keep me warm.

Do you sleep in a single or a double bed? If you have the space, you might consider combining your heat with another warm body...a large dog perhaps, or can you think of a better alternative? ;)

my heart has not been warmed for a while & I am somewhat longing for some warmth inside.

Ok, no more joking. Seriously, have you considered getting some help for your depressive symptoms (my old degree in psychology has awakened from its slumber)? If your symptoms are mild, maybe you could just use someone to talk to. Are there psychologists or mental health councilors available to you? I really don't know anything about mental health treatment options in Iran. If you are usually down only in the winter months, an effective remedy is light therapy. People with this Seasonal Affective Disorder can usually be greatly relieved of depression by sitting in front of a light table with bright full spectrum lights (like natural sun light) for a period of time each morning. To treat mild depression, B-Complex vitamins are very useful and so is getting some exercise every day. Things get more complicated for severe depression, which I have experienced. You are welcome to send me an email if you would like to talk more about this: dwruben@earthlink.net

well don worry mate :-) accordin to our psychiatry charts I am in no way suffering from depression :-) it is just my affect & not the mood & there are background reasons as well :-)

Yet agn I am somewhat worried! I am beginning to enjoy some depressive sessions ;-) I seem to be thinking much better in such conditions :-D
