Walking up again towards "Human Life High"
To learn what I am told to be learning;
Who is the strongest
Who is the best
Who holds the aces
The East or the West
This is the crap our children are learning
& then suddenly I feel my eyes burning
Jesus Christ imagine what it must be earning…

Its really hard to be an avarage Adj.Whether you like it or not you are doomed to be an either comparative or a superlative:(
It's a crazy world, doc... But we're all playing the GAME. That's the strange thing...
Ola
I reckon its about balance...
I have always thought that children should be taught to play cooperative games instead of competitive games. Then maybe adults would be more inclined to give their fellow man a hand up instead of a shove to the ground.
Yes, I agree with David. What you teach the children from the beginning affects them when they're adults. And ultimately affects the world we live in.
Dr O2,,, i really like this,,,sometimes i wondar if u do this for a living :D
Well well'how professional it was'congrats
I read the post once again and the rythm is like "Raging Bull" (by Martin Scorssess) where Robert De Niro is rehearsing this:
I remember those cheers / They still ring in my ears / After years, they remain in my thoughts. / Go to one night / I took off my robe, and what'd I do? I forgot to wear shorts. / I recall every fall / Every hook, every jab / The worst way a guy can get rid of his flab. / As you know, my life wasn't drab. / Though I'd much... Though I'd rather hear you cheer / When you delve... Though I'd rather hear you cheer / When I delve into Shakespeare / "A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse", I haven't had a winner in six months.
[he lights a cigar]
Though I'm no Olivier / I would much rather... And though I'm no Olivier / If he fought Sugar Ray / He would say / That the thing ain't the ring, it's the play. / So give me a... stage / Where this bull here can rage / And though I could fight / I'd much rather recite /... that's entertainment.
I get the point but the sad story is that if it is not this, they would be busy learing other rubbish!

Frank - It is nice to improve but life is becoming more like a rcae than a place to improve. We don c the best always winning but there is trickery & deciet just to overcome the problems & finish first. It has become a goal to knock out people :-S
Hydra - well they've fed us too deep with the belief that we don really know of a different path :-S
em - :-) yep
David - yeah that is a great idea. It is always about competing. From the hospital to the graveyard...
