He has lately come to discover a new aspect of his personality. A powerful but destructive power source. A devil has risen in him capable of teaching Satan a few new tricks. He is alien to the feeling but he knows it won’t be easy to control the up rise. Perhaps the too many triggers have weakened his security measures or even his defensive mechanisms have called for emergency help from this unknown ally of dark.
The golden ring above his head is somewhat shattered by the devil crawling under his skin. An amicable figure of friendly manners turns into a master of devilry, terrifying his own spirit. He is never on offence but when they intrude his honesty his defense acts stronger than any WMD, aiming a single target; REVENGE...

Never does the human soul appear so strong as when it forgoes revenge, and dares forgive an injury.

Dear Omid,
Revenge is a very powerful motive!
Wass happening my man?
Kimia - yet it is so funny when one discovers the hidden develish powers :-)
Farzad - well someone is constantly pushing my triggers, ringing the door to this devil's cave to unleash the destruction within :-) My once enjoyable activity is turning into an on-guard & attack activity :-S somewhat extremely annoyed...
Hmmm... Nice Freudian sketch.
Take it easy, doc. Redirect your anger, do something constructive with it. Your anger is a gift....
The thought of taking revenge is not something that appeals to me or perhaps I am just too laid-back to ever want to spend that much time and energy on dark and angry thoughts.
Revenge is never sweet; and if by chance it appears to be... it leaves a lingering and bitter after-taste. It takes its toll on whomever is invloved.
enjoyed your writing. anger is good anger is necessary as long as you do not swallow it...anger must be released...it is the manner in which one does so that makes all the difference.
ba mehr.
hydra - it is sometimes good to explore the devil inside. One must get to know it in order to get the best of it ;-)
Chitty - yep Revenge is never sweet but sometimes all the roads lead towards it.
b namus - well said mate. It is swallowing anger than hurts most. (it is also bad for the Gastero Intestinal system ;-))
Sometimes I think a powerful hatred give a lot of meaning to ones life?Don't U think so?
Dear Omid –
I used to share the same feeling as yours up to the Norooz, 2003 [almost 3 years ago].
I used the technique called “unplug”, and not only it worked for me, my life and mind has changed to something better… more or less, very peaceful!
;)
There is some serious power in that post. You conveyed the change incredibly well with some intense imagery, in fact! (Note to self: do not piss Omid off... =))
I think what I admire about your blog is your honesty, though I like kimia's quotation a lot. I think we all hold a whole lot of possibilities and emotions, and it is better to look fearlessly at all of them than to pretend we are all sweetness and light. If we don't see the harsher elements of our souls we can't go beyond them.
But I also hope your life gets better, so you won't need this anger. (hey, gardening is a great outlet! And you get flowers--or, if you are practical, vegetables.)
Frank - as bad and notorious hatred & revenge are I explore a great deal of flowing energy while the devil moves within. It is however transient. As time passes by the desire fades away...
Farzad - That is the golden standard treatment sir :-) It has so far succeeded in each & every case of mine as well but I am afraid it's eeficacy is slowly fading away :-S
Livewire - I am just full of hollow threats which never convert :-D sometimes even develish thought satisfy the need to feel undefeated :-)
Jarvenpa - thanks. Well I know I am not perfect; In fact full of foolish faults. There is no shame in unleashing moments of madness :-)
dr a - you know you always have the better in hand :-) Guess I will have to attend Snape's classes this semister ;-)
